GINA

Hello Tammy, Dean and Toni,
We just want to say a huge 'THANK YOU" to Jet Pets and team for the smooth transportation and transition of Gina during her journey to Shenzhen, China.
It is our first experience of bringing a dog overseas and as you can imagine we were pretty nervous about it all - probably more so than Gina.
Gina arrived in great condition and happy. She is now well settled into her new home and is making a lot of friends in the neighbourhood already.
Please also thank the team in Ferndale Hong Kong and Clifton for bringing Gina to us as soon as possible. We really appreciate it. And, also please thank David who picked Gina up bright and early on Wed. morning. He was very caring and assured us of Gina's safety.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with the wonderful service and attention that Panther received, on what might have been a traumatic journey. After an early start he arrived the same day in Victoria.
I am told he was happy and healthy and ready to explore his new home and meet his new family.

CHLOE

Dear Angus,
Just to let you know that Chloe arrived here safe and sound. She recognised us immediately, and has settled down really well, no trauma and no jetlag. She seemed to have travelled much better than we do.
We have no doubt that her excellent condition is very much a result of the kind treatment she received from the people your end (in particular the guy who picked her up from Wendy`s), and the people at Heathrow.
So a big thankyou from both of us and from Chloe. I doubt we shall be making such a major move again in our lifetime, but if we do we will have no hesitation in commissioning Jet Pets to handle any livestock we may have in tow at that stage.
