I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that Nala arrived safely and quite content.
To be honest, I was quite worried about the distance that she would be traveling and the change from the heat of Sydney to the winter cold of northern Michigan.
Nala is not a 'young' cat--yet she has been with us since she was a kitten. We could not imagine her not being with us in the USA--so we had to take the risk.
I am very happy to report she is doing extremely well and is settling right in. Any fears I had were allayed as soon as I saw here arrive! She was very happy to see us--and doing very well.
The trip was not anywhere near as difficult on her as I expected! Thank you so much for the great service! Having you pick her up at our house in Sydney and deliver her right to us here in northern Michigan was SO easy! I am just delighted!
There is no hesitation on my part to refer JetPets to our friends and family. What a great service you provide!

Just wanted to write and say thanks so much to Jetpets for organising the transportation of Seb the dog from Melbourne to Chch. Everything went to plan and Seb was in Christchurch waiting for us to clear the forms and pick him up. He was very happy to see us but all in all not at all distressed and the whole process has been very smooth and troublefree.

HENRY AND MAGGIE

MELBOURNE to LONDON, UK

Hi Emily
Mum and Dad are helping us to send a message to you to say thank you for being so supportive and helpful to them when planning to bring us over to England.
We know mum and dad (and us too!) were very nervous and anxious about bringing us over without them but when Margaret came and picked us up, we knew straight away that we were in good hands.
Everyone was lovely when we arrived in London and we were so excited to see mummy. We jumped all over her and gave her heaps of kisses. We love living in London and have included some photos of the travels we've already had to the White Cliffs of Dover. Mum and Dad are talking about taking us to France in May - how cool is that!
Anyway Emily, thanks again for making our trip a safe and happy one and send our love and thanks to the rest of the team at Jetpets too - especially Margaret, we really like her.

Emily-the babies arrived last night and are all here healthy and ....BITCHY!! They are letting me know that as their person I let them down by not being in the hold with them.
They haven't stopped 'talking' to me. All slept on the bed-crowded yes but it felt right. Thanks again for everything and for getting the here safe and sound. I really do thank you and appreciate your help and understanding.
