Just emailing to let you know that the cats arrived safe and sound this morning. Shelley did a great job getting them down from Auckland so early. Thankyou for all your help. You really went out of your way for us and it's good to know the cats were being looked after by people who take such good care. I am very happy we got you to transport them.

TOBY

MELBOURNE to WINNEPEG, CANADA

Dear Jason,
We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received in having our family Dog, Toby, transported from Sydney to Winnipeg, Canada.
Everything went extremely smoothly with the customs and quarantine services in Winnipeg because of the thoroughness of your staff. Toby was in good shape and was really well cared for. We received very reassuring calls from Air Canada and World Pets in Vancouver when he arrived.
We continued to receive information all the way to Winnipeg where we found the Air Canada Cargo staff to be extremely caring and helpful. They delayed his departure from Vancouver as the facilities on the aircraft on his scheduled flight were not appropriate for a small dog.
We were extremely grateful that they were so thoughtful. Please thank the staff involved with Toby. Once again, Thank you for your company's commitment to the care of Toby

I just realized today that I haven't emailed you re the pups arrival! So sorry!

They arrived safe and sound in New York as planned and on time. They were remarkably happy after such a long trip in fact, you would never have thought they had flown anywhere. After a few days of what seemed like jetlag they were well and truly back to their usual selves and causing havoc in Central Park.

Thank you so much for making the process as easy as possible. I am still amazed that this happened so easily without any stresses. I will definitely be contacting JetPets when the time comes to return to Australia.
