Just wanted to thank you for all your help with organising Arthur's trip! He got here absolutely fine and got so much love and attention at Gatwick airport he was in great spirits for when he was picked up by my mother in law! He has absolutely settled in now and is enjoying the British countryside even though it did take him a while to get used to the cold weather! Thank you both again, you made the process so easy and we are so grateful!

I wanted to say a big big thank you to you and the team for getting Simba across to London safely. It definitely was something we were most concerned about with our move and even though there was the little hiccup at the beginning, you were absolutely brilliant with keeping me informed and comforted me sufficiently to make sure I was at ease with what was happening. A big thank you to Jetpets in making Simba's move such a success and he is definitely enjoying his new life here so far.

Sam, Donnan & Gemma
Melbourne to Perth, Australia
Many thanks to all the fabulous pet handlers, Lauren and Christie in Perth, the others in Melbourne. Kate and Lisa in booking made the whole experience as stress free as possible. This was the 1st time Gemma, Donnan and Sam had flown and they all appeared to have taken it in their stride. The dogs are currently snoozing at my feet after a lovely long walk, Sam has found the highest shelf in the home and made his bed there. Many thanks for looking after our family so beautifully,

We couldn’t be more grateful to Lauren, the Jetpets handler who cared for our dog George travelling to Adelaide from Perth. Lauren was so friendly, reassuring and caring towards George, putting our minds at ease. She also updated us throughout the day with how he was managing and contacted us after arriving in Adelaide to check in. The process was so smooth from pick up to drop off at our house in Adelaide.
