Would 10/10 trust again - Cristy at Jetpets Perth went over and above to ensure my dog was looked after, comfortable and she had fabulous communication with me. I was originally nervous to fly with him. It’s not easy to trust a stranger with your family member but she really put my mind at ease and listened to my requests about not letting him off the lead and locking the door behind me, plus having the air conditioning on in the car way ahead of time. She even put a blanket in for him to be extra comfortable. Winston arrived at the other end happy and healthy and this experience was one I will do again.
