Hi Morgan,
We knew that the move would bring its fair share of challenges, and wanted to ensure that Lilo got across smoothly, and more importantly, in a stress-free manner. Morgan and the team at Jetpets gave us great comfort and assurance from the start, and that was the case throughout the entire process.
Professionalism was certainly displayed throughout by Morgan and her team at Jetpets, and what we found to be the biggest strength was the attentiveness and responsiveness to our queries and concerns. We were pleasantly surprised to learn about how smooth the entire process was, and Lilo was with us in London the day after we arrived.
Lilo is continuing to enjoy the London lifestyle, meeting new friends in parks, new sights, sounds, smells - everything. And we couldn't be happier seeing her adjust to her new home and lifestyle.

Thank you so much for transporting Alfi from Canberra to Napier. He arrived last night and has settled in very quickly with his new housemates Bailey ( pictured below) and Brandy.
Coming from Canberra Alfi hasn’t seen a lot of the beach so he enjoyed the Napier waterfront on a big walk this morning.

I am so, so happy with the service provided to me by Jetpets and Justin who guided me through the process of Sophie's relocation.
As a pet mummy who has never done anything like this before I was worried about Soph (she is a bit of a Diva and likes things just so) and how she would travel but she is an absolute star and has taken it all in her stride.
I did do a little research before I chose Jetpets for Sophie and everyone I spoke with recommended your company.
Now I understand why - your reputation as being the best in this field is well deserved, from the inquiry call right through to collecting Soph at our destination. Brilliant service and communication from the start.
