Communication was excellent. Hanna and Jasmine went above and beyond. Needed both staffies moved from Canberra to Perth and only gave jet pets a couple of days notice. No problem. On a flight on the day requested on the flight requested. Pups arrived safe and healthy. Worth the money for peace of mind. Will definitely use jet pets again.
