Hi Erin,
The dogs arrived safely and well in Germany.
After clearing the vet check and customs (no problems there) we could finally get them out of their kennels. Both were absolutely happy and there was no sign of stress whatsoever. They both settled in their new lives and environment just fine.
We really have to thank you for all your help and support. You really made the transport of our babies too easy. We will definitely recommend you!!! Thank you again.
I attached 3 pictures, 2 from their arrival at Frankfurt airport and one of one of our first walks with the dogs. We are really lucky to have found a nice flat directly at the forest and with lots of space for the dogs to walk without leashes.

I just got word from my friend in Montana that the cats arrived safe and sound and happy and unscathed!!!! Yay! They were tired of traveling, but otherwise in good spirits!
Thank you so much for everything. You guys were great to work with and it's very evident that you all love animals and care and love your job as well! You guys are awesome!!! I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs to transport their pets!

Good Morning Laura,
I have had the best weekend with my babies!
I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping me get them here safe and sound. They were perfect when I went to get them – I think I was more distressed then they were! I even thought it might take them a couple of days to get over it, but they were completely themselves straight away eating lots and playing with us. It is so nice to have them here and now I finally feel at home!

Dear Erin,
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service you provided for my two puppies traveling from Melbourne to Albuquerque.
They both arrived in excellent condition and I was very impressed with the agents on stopovers informing me of the condition of the pups.
The pups are both healthy and happy and non the worse for their long journey, A+++!
