Hi Danny,

I wanted to send an email full of "thanks" your way. I have recieved nothing but the utmost of care from Ruthy and yourself throughout this entire experience.

Kuma is my child even though she has four legs and I am so happy that I chose your company to take care of her trip to Australia.

It is hard to write down in words the relief I felt seeing those pictures of my happy and healthy puppy from Ruthy.

Thanks to you and the help of Jet Pets Joel and I will have a much richer life in Australia with Kuma by our side.

DEMON

Hi Danny

Everything went fine, we picked Demon up and he was very happy to see us I think, he was very excited. But he did cry a little on the way back, I think he was missing the other dogs, but he's settling in fine, it's like he was never away!!

We would like to thank you very much for the way in which his transportation was handled, it must be very stressful for the animals, but you made this a very stress - free process for Demon and ourselves, he is a very happy dog and believe me, we would have known if he wasn't happy. It was hard for us to leave him in quarantine, but when we saw he was happy there, we had no worries at all, so thank you all again. Please express our sincere gratitude to all the team and everyone involved in bringing our little 'baby' here in one piece, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to you, should we need the service again!!

ARMIDALE to HONG KONG,


Hi Louise and Toni,
I just wanted to (belatedly) say a huge thank you to Pet Movers HK and Jet Pets for looking after Sam so well whilst he travelled to Hong Kong from Melbourne on 18 July.  Adam who came to pick Sam up was sooooooo nice and reassured both my mum and me that Sam would be fine and he was.
I will certainly spread the word and recommend both Pet Movers HK and Jet Pets.
