Just got my internet on and just thought I would email and let you know all my dogs arrived back in the UK safe and well.
Thank you for all your help. Please would you also say a big thank you for me, to the lady vet with her help finding Titch and been so kind to wait for her.

Well the boys arrived safe on Friday night.. actually close to Saturday morning as it was about midnight when they arrived. I would like to thank you very much for a fantastic service you have given us from the first contact with you until then last contact with the rep who delivered the boys from Mitchville Kennels.
The boys took about 24 hours to settle in but they are now enjoying the fact they get walked several times a day due to 'toileting' !!!! I have attached a couple of pics for you. Cody is the Ruby & Billy is the chubby Tricolour.

Hi Danny,
I wanted to take the time to thank you so much for everything that you did for Vicki and I and especially Roz. I would have called you sooner after we met, but with ratification of grades at the end of the semester and pending enrolments for our on-shore international students in three states, I've been a wee busy.
After we left Jet Pets, we went straight to Spotswood and I'll tell you that you were not joking or embelishing about how "utilitarian" the facility is. It reminded me of a correctional facility for dogs and cats and like a animal control shelter, but for all of its no bells and whistles facility, I was very, very impressed with the staff and the facility. It is very, very clean, functional and the dogs and cats there are very well cared for, I was very pleased to see that, but not pleased that we could not visit Roz on the weekends. That has been a big rub with me because I work during the week and I can't get any time off until the 23rd and by that time, she has six days left.
I was even more surprised to see how fat she got, geez, she looked like Jabba the Hut. I almost didn't recognize her when I saw her and she seemed pretty pissed off at me because she didn't really acknowledge me for at least a half of an hour. When she finally settled down, because she was majorly stressed out (panting, pacing, hopping, and her eyes were bulging out) she finally came to me and we were able to rebond. I can say that our friends back in the US took "very good care" of her and she obviously was fed well. We have asked the staff to reduce her portions to help her lose some weight and to give her a bath, she was a little knarly and greasy. They said they would take good care of her and seemed to really like her and that made me feel much better.
But in any case, I will and have been singing your praises for everything you did. You could most certainly make a fortune in giving lessons to people around the US in what it is to give customer service. In my adult life, I have yet to find anyone who was as patient, kind, and professional as you and Jet Pets better treat you well.
I sent your boss a glowing letter of commendation for everything you did and you deserved every accolade I could give you. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to call us or if you're in Ballarat/Delacombe, come visit:

Hi Kylie,
Just to let you know that Tiger arrived safely and is now exploring his new home! Asleep at my feet as I write this!
I wanted to say"Thank you" to yourself and the Jet Pet's team for your professionalism and friendly manner. I could always rely on you for a quick response to my emails!
I must say the Australian end of the move was so easy and everything ran like clockwork. The girl that picked Tiger up was great too, as she put our minds at rest with answers to our last minute questions!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jet Pet's to any animal lover, you certainly make the move stress free!!!

You guys have been amazing to me with getting Eliza over to HK and back - I couldn't be happier with the help and assistance and care you've given to me.
Once we are settled in, you'll get another photo of her. She's also very grateful to everyone but me on getting her back over to Melbourne safely.
