CHARLIE
We approached Jet Pets to transport our dog to the UK as we had used their services 4 years previously when he was flown internally from Sydney to Brisbane and found them to be very professional, their terms and conditions were straightforward and the staff really helpful.
Unfortunately this time round we hadn’t allowed enough time for the Rabies vaccines for Charlie to travel the same time as us, so he had to go into Kennels for 3 months prior to travelling.
Jet Pets organised the kennels along with the pick up and transfer, we emailed Jet Pets intermittently for the 3 month period whilst Charlie was enjoying his blue sky holiday and were regaled with lots of tales of Charlies antics and even had a couple of photos of him being bathed and exercised, which was lovely and reassuring.
Upon Charlies arrival into the UK, he had to endure another couple of days into Kennels as we were unable to pick him up on the specified day (the joys of working!!), again Jet Pets arranged the kennels, pick up and transfer.
Overall, we would have no hesitation in recommending Jet Pets for both domestic and international travel. We collected Charlie at the end of March 2009 from the Kennels near Heathrow Airport and he was in excellent condition and working on getting his London Woof accent back!!

OREO
Hi!
I know these pictures of Oreo in her new home are long overdue, but here she is! Even though she's been "free" three months, she still spends a lot of time hiding under the beds or anywhere out of sight. She will come sit with us when we're on the couch, but other than that I hardly see her during the day. I hope she eventually decides that it's safe to roam around (her kennel is kept out of sight!).
I've also attached one of the beautiful African Grey Parrots that perch on our balcony, but it isn't quite the same as the Kookaburras and colorful Lorakeets we had in Brisbane.
Just to let you know, the processing at Lagos airport went smoothly, as I had the help of an expediter and Oreo was not delayed coming through. She looked good, and I understand from my daughter she was well taken care of in London during her stay there (she called to see if she could go visit her, but was told she could only see her through the glass partition).
So alls well that ends well. Thanks so much for taking such good care of Oreo and ensuring her safe travel to Africa. It's much appreciated.

TANK
Hi Emily,
Greetings from Tank and I! We're emailing from little ole New Zealand, just wanting to say thanks to Jetpets for looking after Tank while he flew. He arrived safe and sound and is now settling very comfortably into life in NZ.
On my part, thanks for making the journey so simple and stress free for us both! If ever I need to move my pet to another country again, I'll be sure to call up Jetpets.

BOSCO
I wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation. I had Bosco, my new boxer pup delivered on Tuesday. Graham was the driver and he was nothing short of delightful. He showed a keen affection toward Bosco and was genuinely interested in him arriving at his new home.
Graham had rung me earlier in the day to confirm his time of arrival and he was indeed on time. Graham's friendliness and attitude made me feel immediately at ease and confident that Bosco had been given this level of care for his entire trip. I would freely recommend Jetpets to anyone needing to transport their pet. Please pass on this thanks to Graham on my behalf.
