Charlie and Harvey

Hi Nicole,

Thank you so much for all of your help with their move, it certainly was a stressful time for Russ and myself but the Jetpets team made it 100% easier. We would especially like to thank the driver who dropped off their crates and picked them up, he was so friendly and reassuring and you can tell he loves his job (so sorry I have forgotten his name).

The boys arrived here in Eindhoven healthy and were so excited to see us once they realized where they were.

We will certainly use Jetpets for our trip home to Australia.

Bella and Bailey

Hi Natalie! I hope and the JetPets team are well. I'm sorry it's taken so long for this update, I have had several issues settling in the UK, and the lack of internet was one of them! I wanted to thank you and the team again for helping me relocate my furkids to London from Adelaide. Given the sudden change in immigration laws over the Christmas break, I was extremely grateful for the extra mile your team went to ensure Bella and Bailey's arrival, even if it was 2 weeks ahead of schedule! When I picked Bella and Bailey up from Heathrow, I couldn't believe what good spirits and condition they were in - Bella was purring all the way to our new home! We have happily settled into our London life, and they are enjoying their views from the second story flat. I've included some photos of them settling in 🙂 Thank you to JetPets! Rosie

Hi Danielle,

Just a quick note to say that we all arrived well and safe in New York. We were able to pick up Rosie from Lufthansa Cargo at JFK and it was all straightforward. She was so happy to see us, but we may have been even happier to see her. I even got a call from Pet Express Animal Transport to make sure everything was in order. Rosie is settling in okay in New York - it's very cold at the moment so she's still getting used to that I think. She has been sleeping a lot, probably just sleeping off the stress from her travels. Attached is a picture of Rosie in her new winter outfit. Thanks again for all your help, Heiko

Scrat

Hi! I hadn't had access to a computer until now, but I wanted to thank you again for everything Danielle! Scrat seemed very well adjusted to travel and is adapting to the Canadian climate really well. She's put on a little bit of weight and her coat is already starting to fill out!

Southern Hairy-Nosed

Jasmine, thanks for all your help at Jetpets. The support we received from your people in Kalgoorlie was excellent.

This transfer is the result of a lot of dedicated work from Rowena Walker from Hopbush Wildlife Sanctuary in Coolgardie, WA who raised the wombat from an infant to the size she is now and the Department of Parks and Wildlife. An excellent result as the wombat went straight into a breeding program at the Perth Zoo.

It is very rewarding seeing rehabilitated animals making it back to the wild or getting the chance like this one has in joining a breeding program to help secure the population of Southern Hairy-nosed Wombats in this state.

Once again thanks for the help we received from Jetpets.
