Thank you for organising and helping to move Elly and Frankie to Germany. It was a pleasure dealing with you and your assistance was much appreciated. You guys made it very easy for us. Big thank you to you and the whole Jetpets team. We are very happy that everything went well. We would recommend Jetpets to everybody.

Elly and Frankie have settled in fantastic. The dog loves the green grass and walks on the river banks, botanic gardens and all the lakes. She is doing very good. The cat had a bit of trouble adjusting to the food but now its getting pretty good. I assume she must have had a bit of a jet-lag. She definitely enjoys the views out of our skylights.

Poncho

Hi Teresa, I hope you are well.  I'm a bit late in sending you some pictures of Poncho after his arrival.  He arrived well to our temporary housing exactly a week ago.  He is still getting used to the heat here and the lack of dog parks but doing very well.  We are so happy to have him with us again! Rossby

Hi Andrew, Thank you so much for helping us move Rossby to his new home in Ireland. I think he had a rough time for his second flight but once we got him home he started to perk up. He is settling in well now and getting used to Irish life! 🙂 We really appreciate everything you and everyone at Jetpets did for us. We were particularly impressed with David who dropped off the crate and collected Rossby for the airport. He was so good with both us and Rossby, and took the time to get to know Rossby and make sure he was comfortable going in the van. It made the whole process much easier.
