BINDII

MELBOURNE to SINGAPORE,

Hi Laura,

Sorry this has taken so long but thought I would let you know how well Bindii went during the move from Brisbane to Singapore.

We would like to thank you so very much and all other staff involved in this move. You made every thing so easy and as relaxed as it could have been.

Bindii went well via trip and was so excited to see us after long trip(her first). Even the import staff at this end were so very helpful, having to go to the plane themselves to get Bindii off and bring her to customs due to some sort of problem at the plane.

She has now settled into her new life in Singapore and goes walking every day to explore........so many different smells.

I would recommend Jetpets for any sort of animal travel. You are all so caring helpful and friendly. I cannot praise you all enough.

Dear Dean,

Just a note to inform you that the kids arrivedin Nicaragua safe and well. They were very excited when they saw me and heard my voice.

We had a very hard time to get the dogs out of the airport and the lucky thing for me was that a friend of mine is a veterinarian, and he speaks fluent Spanish.

It is a very hot tropical country, so we brought bottles of cold water and we were lucky to get the dogs out of the airport in 3 hours. So all of the warnings and security you and the quarantine did for me and the kids was very important.

So all I CAN SAY IS THANKS HEAPS.I would never use any other company in the world and I am very grateful and indebted to your wonderful work and the way you treated me and the kids with the utmost professionalism,courtesy and respect.

Your company made my dreams come true and thats all I CAN SAY TO YOU.
