• Applicable only for homes that reside within a 50km radius of the Jetpets transit lounge location in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
• The timing of the provision of all services is at the discretion of Jetpets, and operational restrictions apply.
• Booking notice periods apply.
• One pet handler home pick up service per client booking.
• One pre-travel crate delivery service per client booking.
• Overnight boarding stay is subject to animal behavioural and medical/dietary assessment.
