ZEUS

MELBOURNE to PARIS, FRANCE

Hi Laura,
Thanks for the follow up. Zeus was a little stressed after the long trip, not helped by train strikes in France which made getting to and from the airport quite challenging! However he seems to have settled in quickly; he is eating well and quite chirpy and seems very happy to see us. I am happy for you to use my feedback.
It really was very easy to arrange, and the follow through and follow up have been excellent. I would have been happy for Zeus just to arrive safe and well, but to get such fantastic service on top of that was an unexpected pleasure.
It seems that my experience is not unique: I have good friends here who shipped over their German Shepherd a couple of years ago using Jet Pets and they also were impressed with the whole operation. I would certainly recommend you to anyone planning to send their pets overseas, and will definitely use you again should I have that need myself.
Thanks,
Luke

Toby

MELBOURNE to Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Emily
Toby arrived safe and sound. They brought him out in his crate and when we said his name his tail started wagging and he looked really bright. He ate and drank fine last night and for a couple of hours slept the deepest sleep I think he has ever had!!! but then couldn't settle til about 3am !!!! Good one Tobes - now we all have jet lag!!!! He is a little jumpy with noises but we left him on his own for several hours today so he had peace and quiet and I think he slept most of the time and is sleeping now beside me but is much more like his normal self tonight. When we took him out of his crate he ran and ran and then just rolled in the grass. It was so cute. So thank you for getting him here safely. I am sure in another day or two he will understand that this is his home and the trip will all be a distant memory. It is sooooo good having him here.
Thanks Emily,
Cheryl

PAT AND CROSBY

SYDNEY to WASHINGTON, USA

Hi Rhiannon,
Just wanted you to know that the pets arrived safely on Friday night. It took some doing to find exactly where they were but I got there in the end. They were both very happy to see me and have settled in well.
Crosby chased his first squirrel and had a good run in the snow on the weekend.
Thanks so much for everything.
Question: even though it is a couple of years away - for the return trip, is the company in San Fransisco your affiliate? Do you recommend that I use them, then you guys pick them up the Melbourne end?
Thanks again,
Andrea

JEMIMA AND JET

MELBOURNE to HOUSTON, USA

Dear Emily,
Our sincere thanks to you and your organisation for the safe and stress free transportation of our pets from Melbourne to Houston. We were so reassured to know that they had arrived in Houston and were amazed how well they coped with the big move. I do hope they behaved well for all the staff who worked with them, no doubt they were happy for any attention, they are cocker spaniels after all!
I was also appreciative of the very friendly Jetpets representative who collected out pets from home. He was very relaxed and confident which in turn helped my anxiety about sending our pets to the other side of the world. Thanks again for your professionalism and personalised service, I will be sure to recommend you to any other expats who travel here with pets.
Regards
Catharine and Andy Elliott
