Helpful with preparation and PERFECT on execution and communication.
We sent our dog from Sydney to Barcelona. There are alot of rules I didn't know about that were explained to me to find the best solution. During execution (3 different planes) I received updates at every step with pictures. At arrival, customs and vet, I got an update email literally every 30 mins. Last but not least, they were the CHEAPEST of all the companies we quoted. NO BRAINER.
