Jetpets work with all major international airlines where pets travel in the cargo area of the plane. Pets are generally not allowed in the cabin with exceptions for medical reasons and for approved service animals on a case by case basis.
When moving your pets from Australia, pets must travel in dedicated airline travel crates in the cargo section of the plane. The travel crates are designed to ensure your pet is comfortable and has adequate space to sit, stand and turn around in their crate for their journey. They also have a water bowl and stay dry fleece mat to assist them for their comfort during longer haul flights.
