The team at Jetpets recently visited the beautiful city of London off the back of the annual IPATA conference earlier in October. Whilst on their London journey, they visited the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre (HARC) where about 22,000 dogs and cats, 400 horses, 100,000 reptiles, 1,000 birds and 28 million fish are imported through Heathrow Airport and looked after by their amazing team every year!
Our Chief Operating Officer (Montana Sheridan) & General Manager (Belinda Gallpen) toured the facility with City of London Manager, Ross Hayes, and reviewed the end-to-end process with the team at HARC. Our team are proud to have had the opportunity to gain greater insights and knowledge of the pet travel industry worldwide and also to share our own expertise globally.
Jetpets would like to thank the City of London who run the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre (HARC) as part of our recent visit to view firsthand the amazing work they do with our clients Furbabies!
